Beidh an l\u00e1 gearaid, gonnta agus gach m\u00edr meaite le h-\u00e9afacht iomh\u00e1 do chur chun cinn \u2013ag cuir snas ar \u2018Eochair Chloch\u201d Droichead nan Gael m\u00e1 maith leat.<\/p>\n<div>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993300;\">I and some friends are organizing a day event on the Island of Iona, to commemorate the arrival of Saint ColmCille some 1450 years ago.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993300;\">ColmCille and the Island of Iona are images of a time when Ireland and Scotland were of the same \u2018nation\u2019 of people.\u00a0 We think that it is an opportune time to remind people and their diaspora of this common heritage and relationship.\u00a0 In such a relationship Northern Ireland is in the middle of the family rather then separated out and off to the north.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993300;\">We have in mind a day for the renewal of kinship and the provision of some images and imaginative phrases would encapsulate this idea for our relations around the world.\u00a0\u00a0 To this end we have assembled a day long program.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 (P. \u00d3 R.)<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Cl\u00e1r an lae:<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<h3>11:45 Arrival of Irish President Michael D.
